Basic cars with reliable tracking for smooth running.
These "Harriman" style coaches, combines etc, by Roundhouse are basic, but they work. They have thick plastic walls, frames and roofs, with sufficient metal weight plates that mount out of sight between the car bottom and the frame. Some versions have talgo type trucks, others have trucks that mount over extended arms upon which couplers mount. X2F couplers are normally supplied. It is easy to mount coupler pockets to the body underside which is what I do. The add-on details are roof vents which attach easily. Other details are molded on. The cars are basic and track well but details by 2019 standards are lacking. certainly a modeler could add details as he or she wishes. The inside of the car is fully accessible by removing the roof so adding seats and passengers, etc, is easy. I like the fact that when I handle these cars my fingers don't knock off or squash tiny detail parts. The plastic takes well spray can paint primer. I know because I have custom painted my Roundhouse cars. I run a simple passenger train with a locomotive and four Roundhouse Harriman cars. This train runs smoothly for hours without derailing. I will forget it is moving as the wheels are plastic and roll quietly on the rails.

Quality paint and crisp lettering makes this a great model.
This is a simple metal and plastic model of a biplane. The paint and marks are representative of Shell Oil. I use the plane on my model railroad as a part of the local airstrip that is next to the RR tracks. It is too small to be real scale for HO, but it looks great and takes up little space. Also the size of the plane does not overwhelm the trains that roll by. The yellow paint and red lettering of the biplane helps create an pleasing scene. For the price the quality is great!

Graphics great, durable RR car.
This is an old Life like HO scale car. I like the graphics and the durability of these cars. I am glad that they are sold on Ebay. The one I bought is looks like new.
