You won't learn to do Transcendental Meditation with this book...

This is book is designed to be a magnet to attract those interested in TM. It tells you a limited amount of facts to entice to you to go see a specialist in the TM technique, at the TM centers around the globe. It just leads you on, and made me very suspicious of a cult like institution. This book won't tell you how to meditate in a 'Transcendental' mode, but it will tell you some spurious information about its scientific method. A waste of money and part of a propaganda machine...

Like jazzy, funky and heavy beats? this is for you

If you don't know fela but like jazz, drums and trumpet blowing then you can't go wrong with this afrobeat music. This compilation reveals some fantastic tunes and I recommend this album highly. A great introduction to a true master of music, give it a try!!

poignant story! watch & learn about the abuse of power

This movie is a must watch! It's sad, but conveys the brutality of life and offers a glimpse of hope. The brilliance of Jack cannot be understated and will leave you thinking of the depths of humanity and how far humans will go to smother the spark of life.( and when the spark should be put out!) Watch and open your eyes to the full spectrum of humanity; depressing though it may be. thanks Trudchid
