Poor Quality Chair
1 of 1 found this helpful I bought this based on other reviews, but I'm far from impressed, the chair is really wonky, theres lots of play in the main pole, the chair also leans very heavily to the right, mine could be a defective unit compared to others, but I can only review based on the model I received, I've requested to return

Faulty or poor ?
I've used this once since buying, used a large frying pan, set the induction hob at its lowest power setting and the thing burnt and warped the frying pan in seconds, I'm not sure if it's a bad unit, faulty thermostat or just a poor machine but its unusable

Not the best head
I've used other benro heads , mainly the more costly model BV10 , this is no where near as good , the friction even on maximum setting is still really loose , this for more me makes the product unusable, it's not as good as the manfotto 504
