Great for large boules
I fit the dough for 1Kg potato boules in these. Even when I over-flour a banneton, it comes clean with a light brushing.

Fits just like the original, with better-than-factory finish too.

Works better than machine-stitched, like it should
Used many times now, and it produces delightful results. Stitching may look a bit irregular but it produces a finer finish that any machine-stitched rasp I own.
