Great improvement over a very old vibrat...

Great improvement over a very old vibration only 180 degree wheel. Many buttons that you can map as you wish. Works without any difficulty in games like Assetto Corsa or Forza Motorsport. There is a good sensation of the road and tire interaction, much more so than a ps4 controller too. The pedals feel good with the weighted brake and easier to push gas and clutch. The quality of the build is better than I was expecting too as the unit is plastic but there is a feeling of solidity to it.

Good sharpness, fast aperture and weighs a bit.

This lens is very well stabilized and I believe it gets between 3-4 stops depending on how much coffee I've had. Really good central sharpness even wide open with the corners improving as you stop down and being quite good by f/4. I also use a 24mm f/2.8 Nikkor AF for walking around and it is softer wide open but weighs almost nothing, as a comparison. This lens weighs a fair bit so I only take it out for special tasks rather than just walking around. The focus is quick and accurate. Finally the design of the zoom (internal) seems to keep the dust out.

Good features at a good price with respectable image quality.

The build quality is nice with smooth moving rings for focus and zoom. There is a decent amount of metal to it and it feels strong as a result, also the weather sealing is a real bonus. The vibration correction is very good and I would say 4 stops of reduction is actually the case here. The angle of view of 10-24mm (15 to 36mm full frame equivalent) is really very wide and can make very interesting images. The lens has decent sharpness wide open at 10mm although you will notice some edge and corner softening at that focal length it is better than I was expecting, while 24mm is its softest focal length it is still totally useable. There is some chromatic aberration near the edges but it is pretty low. You will notice distortion if you do any brick wall shots but in regular use I have no problem with it, and it can be corrected in post. This lens is slower than some others like the Tokina 11-16mm and 11-20mm f/2.8 so not ideal for freezing action in low light but a good choice for most other applications. All in all a good stabilized and weather sealed lens for aps-c which can shoot indoors and at night if you are not trying to freeze action in low light. Good value for the money in my opinion as I like the images it makes.
