The playback is good. The only thing on the downside is the case. The plastic hub that holds the cd in place inside the case is so tight and stiff I was afraid it would crack the cd when I pulled it out. Other than that, it's great.

Thompson Chain Reference Bible NIV 1984
This carry-around Bible has ample resources for my personal use and group study. This is my favorite Bible, and the one which was most used for 30 years. The NIV is a good modern English translation which I prefer over the other Thompson versions. Reviews say that the older versions have better quality materials and craftsmanship which I agree. So, I bought one to take the place of the old Thompson that was stolen together with my Complete Jewish Bible in a parking lot last week. And I bought another one for my 18 year old son, to replace his worn-out teenage Bible. If you are shopping for that only one Bible to use, I highly recommend the Thompson Chain Reference Study Bible. The older versions are more durable and cost less while the latest versions have added updates.

Assassin's Creed: Brotherhood (Xbox 360, 2010)
The game has an intriguing overall storyline concept with close to accurate rendition of Renaissance Rome. Unfortunately, after playing the game for quite a while, the scenery feels a bit old. Though, the ability to recruit and build your own elite assassin army to annihilate your enemies, makes it worth while. With a wide variation of arsenal to choose from, the player is given multiple ways of dealing death to unsuspecting preys. Overall, the game is worth it's price.
