Not my cup of tea
I thought being of German sounding name.... Im not impressed. Ive used this type before and had good luck getting a sharp edge. But the others were of cheaper construction and a little tough to handle without self inflicted knife wounds on the knuckles. Yours doesnt seem to give a good sharp edge. Ive drug the blade pulling it through, then pushing it through when pulling didnt give satisfactory results. Like I said, not impressed .Ill keep it to get blades close, then wet stone for final edge. The diamond/ceramic edge did little...
