Good rest

The arrow rest it self is good quality. The only problem I had with it is that my 2 inch vanes on my arrows keep hitting the side of the rest. Other than that it's a good rest would definitely recommend if you have atleast 4 inch vanes.

Best arrows

The fmj arrows have become my all time favorite arrow. They have a great weight and durability that is uncompromised. The only thing to be mindful of is that they fly better when shot from bows at 50-70 pounds. My bow is set to 40 so the arrows start to drop off when shooting at 18 meters. Other than that they are great arrows.
