The item arrived a few days earlier than originally stated in the original box; the box had a dent in it, though neither machine (the espresso or the milk machine) was affected. The espresso machine makes espressos (1.35 oz) and lungos (3.7 oz) and makes them quickly even with the time it takes for the machine to start up. The machine takes the original Nespresso coffee pods, not the vurtuo. Original pods are less expensive but with fewer flavor options. I'm a fan.
