Not just an open box
It arrived in packaging soaking wet as though it were packed with a full tank. It was missing parts, the filter, and the bottom needle port. I had a filter but had to purchase the bottom needle cup. It still doesn't work right. Can't get a full cup of coffee and after it brews it discharges a quantity of clear hot water. Definitely not just an open box but rather something thrown away and the jokes on me.
