Excellent product
I always love using miele vacuum cleaner, because it's doing very good cleaning, easy to remove and replace the bag and the sound is not too noisy. My baby always scared with the noise of vacuum cleaner, but he can play next to me even though I'm doing the hoovering with this miele vacuum cleaner. Really really love it...!!!

Very disappointing product
The delivery was excellent, no doubt in that. However, It was already wet inside when I first unpacked the item, like it has been used. And the machine was very noisy when it spins to drain the water and I wasn’t even washing that many clothes, I was only washing 6 pieces of clothes, I thought it would be very light as the machine was supposed to handle 9kg capacity, unfortunately I was very disappointed with the machine. All my neighbours complained that my washing machine was very noisy as I was living in a first floor flat.
