The advert does not state specifically that batteries are required (although this is implied by the torch function)

Meets my needs almost perfectly
These envelopes represent excellent value, wonderfully colorful and pretty sturdy. The only thing I would request the makers to do is to make it about 1 mm bigger all round so that the disc fits in perfectly. Right now, it is something of a tight fit.
Will definitely buy again.
