sprays droplets. does not mist or fog

I now own 3 of these foggers. The first 2 worked perfectly, I love them, This one does not mist. I sprays large droplets of product. Does work as intended and will not work to disinfect indoors as I need it to do. Very disappointed. Attempting to get the manufacturer to replace it, but they are not responding to my emails.
