Good replica seat
The seat has a perfect fit. Holes for hinges etc are in correct places. So it is just to bolt in all stuff from the old seat.
Slapped one star off the rate due to only one reason - the chrome trim is not there. That is a hard piece to find and the original one is likely in poor condition when it is time to replace the seat.

Works as expected
Put the mat in my garage during winter season. It is not clinically free of dirt under the mat as the instruction states and I am using tires with nail in winter condition but no issues. The mat does its job and keeps the garage free from pools of dirty water.
Runs a dehumidifier to dry the air. The combination dehumidifier & garage mat keeps the garage in good condition even during winter.
