Stiff but fits well.
Replaced my worn and broken mount with this replacement. It fit well and installed as expected. My only issue is that the rubber is stiffer than expected so there is a little more vibration than I thought. But for the price I would buy it again no questions asked.

Less work that starting from scratch
The hole for the speaker is undersized for a lot of speakers, and the box isn't very well sealed. But if you're willing to reseal it and make your speaker fit it's not bad. The speaker used better not have much travel as there is only about 1in space from the box to the floor as well.
