Healing … so good.
This book is one of the most compelling reads I’ve ever found. It’s sad, and the dog dies (this is not a spoiler, BTW) but man, is it good! I’ve started sharing copies with my friends when their dogs pass away because I think it has helped me deal with the grief of losing my pets more than any other thing has. I highly recommend this book.
PS It’s so much better than the movie.
