Love the GGS Screens, be careful what camera you use it on
2 of 2 found this helpful I have GGS protectors on all my Nikons (D800, D300, D7000, etc) and did on my Olympus E-PL5, Sony NEX etc and purchasing them is an "automatic buy" for me. This item is listed as compatible with the E-M5 II and when I recently purchased one I immediately bought a GGS Screen Protector. It fits perfectly on the screen but anyone with an OM-D E-M5II will find that, when the screen is flipped toward the camera body the screen will not close with the screen protector on. It's just too thick.
Not really the fault of the screen protector. I imagine anything of this type would cause the same problem as the tolerances of the camera are just to tight.
It would be nice to have a disclaimer for those users that flip their screen in for protection.

Great for looking in tight places. Not so great as a bore scope.
I purchased this for use as a borescope but also figured I could use it for lots of other applications. For the price I have no regrets and it's one of those things that will be really handy when I need it. Unfortunately in a rifle bore, it doesn't focus close enough and the focus range doesn't match the area that the light illuminates when it's inside the barrel. With an inch or so of "breathing room" (I could see using this to look inside a wall for example) I think it would work great, but inside a barrel, the bright (well lit) part of the image is blurry while the unlit area further away is sharp but too dark to make out any useful detail.

Fantastic top and a good value.
Great piece of kit. I was going to make my own but with the price of materials and the fact that this was a phenolic top with cutouts and tracks already, I didn't think I could beat it when I considered time and materials.
Be aware that it is predrilled for JessEm bases as well as the JessEm fence (which attaches to the underside of each side of the table) so if you are trying to retrofit an existing router table you may have to adapt to their holes or make your own. I'm building my own cabinet so I have designed it to fit the existing locations.
