Good screen great angles

I have a dell studio 1747, this laptop did not ship with a 1080p screen back in 2010. I bought this to go with my other upgrades to make it as close to modern as possible. The view angles are amazing. The colors are amazing. There's 0 led bleed. Looks almost like an ips panel. I'm 100% surprised at the quality of this screen. It being matte too is the best feature. I guess the only complaint I have is that bright colors and white look almost sparkly. Similar to when you get a screen a little wet but I can disregard that. Everything else about this screen negates that. Amazing! [EDIT] Just a note! This screen does not support brightness levels with my laptop!

This headset is great and I love it but the mic makes no sense. It's as if someone turned up the treble and the mic will adjust it's volume lvl on it's own from too quiet to almost at a lvl I would accept. When the volume level does rise, you can hear what sounds like a quiet bubble machine in the background. If you get this headset for commentary, please make sure you order a professional mic as I've heard mics better on cheaper headsets. 4 out 5 because the mic is not that great but the headphones are amazing and comfy.

Cheap and looks great!

I like everything about this monitor. I would of gone with a 4k ultrawide monitor but I'm blind as a bat and prolly wouldn't like it. I'm about an arms length away from this monitor it it looks fine. I prolly wouldn't go with a larger monitor than this one. This one is perfect size for me. I don't like large TVs/monitors. The picture looks nice. I recommend using 60% sharpness in the monitor settings. Any less or more and text will look fuzzy or you'll start to see a white glow around text or objects. 60 looks sharp without the white glow around anything. Color preference is up to you. The back of the monitor isn't completely glossy black like the other models so that's a plus although there is a little bit of glossy plastic on the back. Anyway, it's a great monitor for the price. 75hz@1080p ultrawide with freesync is perfect for me.
