Not complex, just works, no problem.

Not the most complex product but it works well. Use with gloves that have inbuilt rubber grips.

Have yet to actually use this. Wish it was designed to also accept a small SATA drive.

Complete set for doing the job.

All appears good. This is an ADSL/ VDSL model which I used to replace a ADSL only one. Data rate is currently dire but then changeover to VDSL happens tomorrow. The product is fine, if only BT + Openreach were up to scratch. Including the punch down tool sealed the deal for me - and it is good quality.
