Many recipes require a machine to knead dough. Its US measurements
Disappointing as it's all measures in cups so it must be a US book. And it's many bread recipes I wanted to try like donuts require a machine to knead the dough. Unlike the cover at all!! Not a good book at all.

Great easy recipes and delicious food, very healthy too
Simple recipes, with authentic taste. Made 3 mezze dishes yesterday - lovely. Really easy to prepare and nice to eat. Some very simple ones like Hummus basic recipe - which taste amazing.
Its lovely to prepare such delicious food from scratch. Very healthy and nutritious too.

Requires 2 coats
Shame that it is not a one-coat varnish. E ven after 2 coats I could still see my nail underneath.
Other OPI colours are only one coat- ie the lilac colour. Won't buy again.
