Excellent balanced recipes for old favorites
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a wonderful oookbook for those that want to eat whole foods but are bored with the old meat-and-vegetables-only routine. This will add a lot of variety and spice up your everyday recipes while allowing you to remain on a non-processed, whole foods regime. I highly recommend Dr. Schwarzbein's companion Principle books as well.
