A Good Product and Company

Perhaps five days after I received my first bamboo tray table I noticed there was a problem with one of the legs in that it was bending back further than it should. The quality of the table in every other way was excellent so I called customer service and they requested that I send them pictures of the problem. I did and it turned out to be a minor problem and they sent me a new table right away. The table continues to be in excellent condition, but just as important the way they handled the situation demonstrated the integrity of the company. I wish more companies on ebay had their values.

This Mixer is both Sturdy and Gigh Powered- Mix in a fraction of the rime

I'm an experienced baker and a huge fan of KutchenAid products from my Mixmaster ro my electric tea kettle to my spatulas. I had been using a Wolfgang puck hand mixer that was OK, but wearing out when I saw this one and I love it. Since changing the speed is touch operated it takes a little practice, but this mixer had incredible power and just whipping cream takes about a quarter of the time of my former mxer. Another quality product from a compant you can rely on.
