My Review

This product is very robust and well built. The filters inside the canister seem to be more than adequate to properly filter the water coming through it. It comes with more piping than was used in my application. It all fitted together so that there was no leaks. There is also plenty of rubber pipe allowing it to be stored underneath the aquarium inside a cabinet which supports the aquarium. Filters are readily available though I have not had to change any yet. For serious aquarium owners.

Just what the doctor ordered

After I had gotten my first Maytag engine, I went to work trying to figure out how I was going to mount it on a cart. The problem was that the particular model that I had was mounted under the Maytag washing machine and was done so by brackets. I started crafting out some brackets, but was having a hard time with it. I said to myself, if this tank only had some legs on it, then the problem would be solved. Next time I went on ebay, I did a search for maytag engines and lord behold there was this tank with legs and feet on it. It was for the model that I had and I thought at a reasonable price, so I ordered it. It came in and fitted perfectly. I am very pleased with my purchase.
