Disappointed
This product used to be called Colax but the name has changed to Complex. This is not the only change, the ingredients have changed too. They are not as good as the original ones, so I will not be buying again.

Keeps you regular
I have now been using these for over 12 months now and wouldn’t be without them. In the past I used to suffer from constipation never mind how much fibre I included in my diet. They are gentle on the stomach, keeps you regular without having loose bowel movements.
