great yoga tape
3 of 3 found this helpful I've done other Rainbow Mars yoga tapes and really like her style. They are easy to follow and she gives examples for beginners, intermediate and more advanced. Her voice is well modulated and the moves are not too fast. One dvd is for morning to wake you up and one is for evening to mellow you out. I bought it because I've done other ones of hers and really like her.
