Very accurate and reliable
Ozeris are the best pedometers. Broccoli I have been using them for years. I just clip it on and go up to 18,000 steps a day and that's all I need to do, except some arm weights. I don't feel right about having Wi-Fi going through my body so I don't use a Fit Bit. I much prefer these.
