2 of 2 found this helpful Well I thought it would taste worse than it does considering its dirt and after a while it doesn't even bother me. I found that mixing some ahead in a plastic juice container was the best and most convienet way. Mixing it per glass takes way too long for it to dissolve all the way and you have clumps staring at you at the bottom of the glass. I did about 1/4 to 1/3 cup per 64oz, well really i did 1/2 cup per 64oz but it was way too thick and made me constipated so i just watered it down. Since i've been drinking this I noticed the same foods i would eat before would make me sick or run to the bathroom, now its like they don't bother me anymore. I also use this once a week to make a face mask and its amazing! Highly recommend.
