2 of 2 found this helpful The phone I received is nearly like a brand new one. It works great, charges great, and holds it's battery life. I've been using it for about a week and have had no issues. There are only a few very tiny imperfections around the edges, but you really have to look for them to even see them. No scratches anywhere. It was unlocked and worked perfectly with my Net10 service which is also compatible with Tracphone and AT&T, so I'm assuming it would work fine with those as well. Overall, a great purchase and great value.
