Item is pricy. One would think with this unit and it high price it would at least come with a vacuum hose. NO. One would think it would have in the user manual a parts listing. NO. Then one would believe you can purchase a vacuum hose easily and obtain a pdf. for parts. NO

SAVE YOUR MONEY AND LOOK FOR ANOTHER BRAND

I ordered two each. Used both for about 2 weeks now. Both have the wooden handles loose! Loose enough that you can feel them wobble when you are cutting. This is ridiculous! In my opinion -- junk. Not like the old type Chicago Cutlery where they would last 20 years.
