Fun to use...even for an old lady!

Only negative thing is that it was very difficult getting on the extra lambskin buffer pad I ordered at the same time but with some (male) muscle that was accomplished. Overall it works great! Uses very little polish cream to cover the whole car. Love it!!!

Best form for general health
2 of 2 found this helpful I am a nurse, and I had been taking magnesium threonate, but researched what is the best form for general health. Taurate has best overall effect on the body. It is also less expensive. You need to crush the tablet...it is large. I mix it with juice and take at night for the tranquilizing effect. Do not take with calcium foods for best effect.
