high salt code even with less salt than required and shuts off! not happy.
0 of 1 found this helpful we have had for almost two weeks and have yet to get it to work without giving us a high salt error/code. we added less than the amount of salt called for and are still going to have to drain the pool at least half way and refill and see is that works. if not i will be calling the company. the parts that it is made from look of good quality. it looks well made. its a pretty simple design. i like it other than it wont stay on for more than a minute because of the high salt code. i was wondering if i should buy a more expensive one. now i am not sure if i made a wise decision. its a lot of extra work we shouldn't have to be doing since we added less than the amount of salt required we thought it would be ok. so far not impressed with the product.
