tried out two of them in my LED brake light on my 06 Hammer and neither worked at all. it only made my light DIM.
SHIPPING WAS REALLY FAST and they were quick to send out another one to try when the 1st failed. so I don't believe this piece is a reflection of their willingness to satisfy their customers, when you ask a question about the product they're basically reading off the manufacturer's description. if anything negative could be said it's that perhaps they backed the wrong item. but that's my opinion and I would give them at least 4 stars for their effort but the item itself is garbage...

great product i wish it was cheaper as its for an older tv.
its a great bulb i just wish it was cheaper as its for an older tv. and these bulbs have to be replaced frequently. at this price however it may decide the fate of the set soon.
