1 of 1 found this helpful The SCX24 is a great platform. Whether in stock or modified form it is an awesome little 4wd entertainer. Parts availability is exceptional-OEM or aftermarket-and prices are in line with expectations. If you are still debating it’s worthiness, debate no more. I hate buying a product that doesn’t live up to the hype but the SCX24 does what Axial intended-it delivers smiles and joy battery after battery.
In stock form it’s a cool looking capable scale trailer/crawler and with a few mods it can go hard in either direction without letting you down. As with most RTR kits it does have a couple points in need of upgrade shortly after unboxing but in general this truck is very solid.

Great looking high quality bags!
Mustang discontinued these bags so they are only available through a secondary source. The quality of them is top notch. I will use easy brackets for mounting but any mount system designed for a flat back bag should work. The hinge and lock quality is excellent and the lining inside the bags is also of great quality. The preformed inner shell will provide an excellent shape for a very long time and the outer covering(synthetic leather/vinyl)looks fantastic and matches the other Mustang products on my bike.
Since they are no longer manufactured, getting a set may prove difficult but will be well worth it in the end. I am very glad I was able to get a set and would recommend them to anyone who wants a high quality bag that will last.

OEM parts-fit and finish are perfect.
The stock parts function beautifully as intended. They may not be the best for total performance but they do what they were designed to do very well. They fit without issue and don’t interfere with other factory designed parts.
