Difficult to get started, but once activated, it works great!
1 of 1 found this helpful After activation, the product works properly in my basement office, but it took a week to get the device activated. I had to keep moving it around my office to various locations (all near a window), connecting it to different Ethernet ports, plugging it into different outlets, and each time waiting another 24 hours to see if it got a GPS signal. Activation is initiated through the AT&T Microcell website. That part is fairly straight-forward, but neither I nor AT&T nor my network people could explain why the device's GPS connection took so long to get established.
If you are not in a basement, you probably won't encounter the same problem.
