1 of 2 found this helpful Sony DVD203 is easy to use, just point and record, it has excellent image quality and OK sound from its onboard mic. Zoom feature fills the screen with a subject at 250 feet but at a loss of some clarity. Many onboard settings accessed via the LCD touch screen display. Battery charge last about three 30 minute recordings with the LCD screen on, more if screen off and viewfinder used. Docking port for mic, light, tripod mount on bottom, threaded lens for filters and exotic lenses. I love my Sony DVD203 for its easy to use design with the features of a way more expensive portable camcorder. Recommended for the first time buyer or the veteran camera guy that wants a good piont and shoot compact camcorder. Many accessories available for this Sony DVD203.

Slightly Misleading
0 of 1 found this helpful I bought the 222k because I was led to believe it had DVR capabilities, it does not.
The receiver is large and bulky.
The video image is fine but the program guide is the lowest resolution imaginable.
