  Wrong repackaged item was shipped. Six bulbs were defective. Contacted seller and received a full refund. Revising original feedback which was neutral. Although disappointed with order seller did provide a prompt refund and I did not have to return item.

  I doubt the bulbs were defective but gave full refund and they kept the other bulbs.

  Seller sent me an offer, $7.99 for two of these masks, and never shipped them. After waiting for 2 weeks and nothing arrived nor had the seller even advised me there might be an issue, I asked him when will he ship them. He lied to me and said that they are no longer available and that they were already sold, only later to find out he relisted them at a higher price individually, after canceling my bid without any explanation and only after I asked eBay to step in. BUYER BEWARE!!����
