Simply the best and most comfortable.
Without a doubt the best and most comfortable walking boot out there. I pound a beat as a guard at Alaska's largest mall. I've tried pretty much everything , and these are my choice. If you want to save your feet, knees, and hips, try this boot. This is my third pair, and I will keep buying these in the future.

To early to tell
I've only taken it for a week so it's to early to tell. The studies show a 6% increase in plasma antioxidant levels after 4 weeks and other benefits up to 12. I did notice an uptick in general energy the first 2 days and have felt like getting things done around the house and have felt more sociable. I'll keep after it and write back later.

Pleasant
It has a pleasant and high quality smell. It just isn't strong enough for my taste. I prefer bombastic fragrances. Ungaro 3 Oud is better.
