Product arrived in original packaging, charged it immediately and put it to work. Have been using it for a couple of weeks now and works great! Outperforms my other Milwaukee substitute batteries including the 12 amp hour substitute! We'll definitely stay with my original Milwaukee battery! Do not compromise!
