Topical Pain Relief
This is not available in Canada or the US. Heard about a "pain relief spray" in the UK mentioned on a UK TV Show. (Doc Martin.) Googled UK pain relief spray and Ibuleve came up. So I ordered a bottle.
I was going through an extremely bad episode of gout and nothing - internal or external - was doing much about the pain. (Naproxen was helping slightly.) I had tried all the topical pain relief products in Canada including prescription strength 10% Diclofenac (Voltaren ) and they did nothing. I really expected good results from the Diclofenac but, nothing.
This arrived in the mail, I couldn't wait to try it. Sprayed the affected area and the pain let up almost immediately. I'm not saying it was gone but it sure cut it by half. Enough that I could concentrate on something besides the pain in my foot. And I could at least walk on it. (Because sometimes you just CAN'T just sit around and relax it.
Also, tried it before bed and it allowed me to get to sleep by reducing the throbbing pain.
Yes this is anecdotal. But for me it worked. I think most topical pain relief products focus on muscular pain. Gout is right in the joints and this seems to get to that where others can't or don't.
I'm ordering more as the gout isn't letting up. (And it's not the first time I've had it. I'm also ordering a 10% extra-strength gel version to try.

Great means of keeping the chicken water clean!
I bought these because open water pans get dirty very quickly. And the commercial water fountains that have a perimeter 'tray' of water seem to get choked up with food and other dirt as well. I put six of these into a Home Depot bucket along with a "stand" made of wood to keep it about 4" off the floor. Almost NO dirt in the cups. Plus they can't splash or 'beak' the water out of the cups so the floor of the coop stays dryer. NOTE: Don't go looking for nuts to mount these in a drilled hole. The threads are ⅛" NPT. (National Pipe Thread) I have the tools so I tapped the holes for the drinker cups. It requires an 11/32 drill to pre-drill for taping. They can be forcibly driven into a ⅜" hole drilled in plastic that isn't too thick or hard. But the threads on the drinkers are also plastic so just be a bit careful.
I highly recommend these.

Great value for the money
Great value for the money. Most lawnmowers that use this type of filter have it completely exposed to the elements if you are like me and don't always put the mower inside after every use. This means it gets soaked if the mower is left out during a rainstorm. The factory originals rust pretty quickly. So far these have not so I suspect the outside screen is stainless. I'm very pleased with them and they are cheap enough to replace frequently and keep the mower running at maximum efficiency.
