Lots of features, great performance
4 of 4 found this helpful It has thousands of apps and channels you can watch (most require subscriptions or a cable provider but such is life), and many awesome built in features such as Siri. If you have other apple products interconnectivity is a breeze! Simply have all the devices on the same network and you can use your phone as a remote, play music off your phone or mac on airplay, use airplay to mirror your phone or mac, and the list goes on! Unlike its predecessor, it supports 1080p at 60 frames per second, so the video more smooth and crisp than it used to be. It has become my go to device for TV (through sling), movies through iTunes and netlfix, and hub for music and videos with apple music and youtube. Its a very well rounded product with lots of fun surprises. The best part is that it is very fast at fast forwarding and rewinding and all sorts of scrubbing in network service. Even with bad wifi it is able to play very smoothly with few connection issues (unless internet drops out, even then you have about a minute or two of content before the apple tv will stop). Definitely a good buy.
