Handy Storage Boxes

These are of quality plastic, not flimsy or brittle. The latch works well. The lid isn't tight against the dividers, but close enough that only very small items could change compartments, and only if the box was shifting around quite a bit. One BIG caution. Use the listed measurements to cut a piece of scrap paper to size, double check the height, and be sure you get the right sized case for your needs. Some of these storage boxes are VERY small, and the photos aren't great at showing proportions. I got these to organize sets of Stainless Steel washers and fender washers (the sort of washers for between a bolt and a nut). The dividers that weren't intended to slide out were easy to cut out with a razor knife, and a bit of superglue held the sliding dividers I kept from moving. After everything was set, Sharpie marker on the lid worked great to mark what each compartment contained. From the photos, and seeing these boxes in person, they would definitely work with earrings and other small jewelry. My wife grabbed a similar storage box I'd ordered to use for camera memory cards and spare batteries. Very useful storage boxes for the price.

Works well. Stable with a big camera attached.

Pros - Very compact. 4-7/8" total length, including attachment screw (4-5/8 without). Fits easily in a pocket or small camera bag. Legs give support at any degree of spread. Legs move easily to adjust aim on camera. Rubberized leg tips protect surfaces, and are solidly attached. Has a belt clip, or maybe a shirt pocket clip, though I can't imagine using it. Great small tripod for the price. Cons - Legs are not flexible enough to wrap around something for support (don't expect that feature in this price range, but some expensive flexible tripods have it). No directionally adjustable connection below the camera mount (must shift tripod legs to aim camera, which is pretty easy, but some expensive flexible tripods also have a swivel mount that can be screwed down at any angle). Unless you need a larger tripod, or fancier features, this one will work. For the size and price, it's hard to beat..

Functional. Minimal size. Some sharp metal edges. Blade clanks in cutter tool.

Pros - Metal much thinner than plastic on similar cutters, so very compact. Appears to be authentic stainless, with a good finish. Slide system works well. Has notches to hold blade at assorted levels of in/out. Included blade is sharp. with 11 segments to give a fresh cutting tip. Has belt clip. Cons - Folded metal edges do give some sharp edges. Blade clanks around in cutter tool when it's handled. Slide mechanism doesn't have a way to lock (though it takes some force for the blade to shift in or out). Overall, I'd buy again.
