Not happy
Looking at the picture I thought I was getting set of 5 which I need for my VW. Only received 4. End up going to local store to get a matching plug which cost me nearly 20 dollars for 1 plug. I probably will end up changing it again soon since am not happy with it's performance.

Not good.
The item is not 16'' length. Too short for me to use and does not stretch much either. Should of known. I get what I pay for.....
