Auction item was a NEW in sealed box item, but a sub-component had a manufacturing defect that required a warranty replacement. Seller contacted manufacturer's customer service dept, and had the replacement part drop shipped directly to me. What a rockstar!!!

Worth the extra 30 more than clones and knockoffs
It’s clear from first use that crimson trace is of higher quality than any cheap laser you find for 20-50 bucks. Could never again be happy with the cheap lasers I thought were decent.
