Light weight with not-so-great features.

I like the size of it however it is not heavy enough on a windy day it will tilt over on your balcony..I just put some cinder blocks inside hoping that on the next windy day it will hold on. I believe I'm going to have to tie it to the railing to be on the safe side....If I would've knew all that before buying I would've not bought it.
