A toy that does not do the job
Work whenever he wants. There is no movement and he suddenly runs. I tried to follow and I think that when the sun is on him then he goes crazy.
Also, the left and right direction does not work. I did not delve into the problem, because the real problem is what I wrote at first.

Perfect Sander
Quiet, and does the job excellently.
There is a model with speed change, but more expensive. For me it is not essential.
