#1 book on wealth accumulation
1 of 1 found this helpful I read LOTS of real estate and personal finance books. I recommend a lot of these books to people when I feel they can help somebody grow.
My number one recommended book for wealth accumulation and real estate investing and entrepreneurialship is Rich Dad, Poor Dad!
It's easy to read and easy to understand and is (if understood and applied) better than 4 years of college. Cheaper too:-)
I'm not an owner in the book but I've probably bought and given away 50 copies over the years.

The BEST
I have read A LOT of books on business, managing people, acquiring real estate, etc. and this book has immediately risen to being one of my top 5!!!
It's truly changed my life and my approach to my business and my employees.

Great read
I loved it so much I bought one for every member of my staff and forced/paid them to read it!!
