Easier than I thought
1 of 1 found this helpful This is a great dryer/roller. My hair had soft gentle curls. It took a couple of uses while to use it smoothly. I like that it curls both directions so I can easily unwind when I get stuck. I also blow dry my hair to damp before using to speed up the process. Way easier than using a blow dryer and brush.

it's okay
Item arrived quickly. The reason I only gave it 3 stars is that the charging port on the left is iffy. I have to move the battery around to achieve connection. Also the wall wart gets extremely hot so I don't dare leave it unattended. On the plus side, it charged my batteries.

Fell apart.
Items fell apart using the first time. I like the jade stones, but not the device.
