The bad thing for me is the zipper, read on...
I ordered this cooler to replace one that I have that folds flat when not in use, that I use for trips to the grocery store (I can still use it with ice packs, but not with ice because the liner leaks). So that's why I ended up ordering this one. The good is that it seems to be very well built and the insulation is really thick. The bad (for me anyway) is that it is heavy, bulky and difficult to get into it. If the zipper was easier to maneuver, I would have given it an extra star, rating it at 4 stars. It is almost impossible to unzip it with one hand because the zipper doesn't slide super easy and because you have to unzip it the entire way in order to open the lid. If I had realized this when looking, I would not have ordered it. :(

As far as I'm concerned, Dr. Bronner's soap is the best soap available!

I LOVE this ladder!
Safer than most, with nice big steps and not slippery metal. Easy to carry, not too heavy and it stores away easily. Opens and closes smoothly/easily as well.
