Not worth it.
I purchased this hoping that it would be stronger than the other comedone tools. However there is something with the shape that does not allow it to work effectively without considerable pressure. Even with heavy pressure, the pore does not always open.

Don't bother to buy this. The swatter end is very small. Maybe 3"x4". This would be very difficult to use.
