not as expected

too expensive. screws tight and arms still wobble. took forever to get previous owners stuff off the monitor. difficult to get uploads overall regret purchase

not happy with quality

not universal on holes for motorized frame to attach. the quality of reset screws were poor. had to go to home depot and redo holes and bracket system to make it work.
